Fred Hsu is the CEO & Co-Founder at D3. With over two decades in the tech industry, Fred has been instrumental in scaling multiple companies with successful outcomes. As Co-Founder and CTO at Oversee.net, he pioneered the standard for many domain-related services including aftermarket brokerage, web hosting, ad placement (parking), and other managed services.

Fred also founded San Francisco-based Manage.com, a mobile ad tech platform (acquired by Criteo, NASDAQ:CRTO), and Ember Entertainment, a Seattle-based AAA-game studio (acquired by Gala Games). Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Shay Chinn is the Co-Founder, Chief Architect at D3. With decades of engineering experience, Shay has previously served as the CTO and Chief Architect of several companies including eToys, Oversee.net, and Bridg (acq. Cardlytics). He also was a senior technology leader at the dotTV corp (.tv), and a sr director at Verisign after acquisition.

Shay earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics with an emphasis in Computer Science from the California Institute of Technology.

Michael Ho is the Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at D3. Most recently, Michael was an early-stage investor at Presight Capital, where he executed over 10 seed and Series A investments across web3, fintech, and consumer.

Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco, where he executed over $15 billion in transaction volume across strategic M&A and initial public offerings in the technology sector. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.

Inder Singh is VP Product & Technology at D3. With over two decades of experience building and scaling AI/ML-driven startups, Inder has held a number of technical leadership roles at early-stage companies including Criteo, Manage.com, and Tapjoy. Inder holds a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelors of Information and Technology from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.

Kai Sung is VP Engineering at D3. Kai has led engineering for a number of high-profile early stage companies including Digital Turbine, Criteo, Manage.com, and AppBank.com. Kai holds a Master in Computer Science from Stanford University and a BS in Computer Science from UCLA.

Anand Vora is the VP of Business Development and Partner Operations at D3. He brings over a decade and a half of expertise as a Top-Level Domain (TLD) registry operator. In his most recent role as VP of Business Affairs at Public Interest Registry, operator of the .ORG TLD, Anand was responsible for growing the TLD to over 11 Million ORG Domains Under Management, with an 80% renewal rate and gross sales of $600M in five years.

Anand also served as the Director of Business Development at Donuts (now called Identity Digital), where he launched and grew 200+ TLDs, focusing on emerging and growth markets. He was also responsible for setting up and running operations in China for Donuts. Anand holds an MBA from George Washington University (GWU) and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai. 

Mark Trang is the Chief Marketing Officer at D3. With over 20 years of experience in cloud computing, SaaS, and open source developer relations, Mark has lead marketing teams at industry leaders like Google and Salesforce and early-stage startups including Confluent, Apollo GraphQL, Ambassador Labs, and Meteor. Mark has also served as founder, investor, and advisor to seed-stage startup companies. Mark holds a MBA and BA from UCLA.

Kevin Kreuser is VP and General Counsel at D3. He is a versatile legal executive with more than two decades of experience adeptly guiding dynamic organizations through complex commercial, corporate and compliance legal issues and regulatory frameworks.

Kevin has ~8 years’ experience in the internet industry having previously served as legal counsel for both ICANN and GoDaddy, and with prior roles including those at Intel, Best Western, and Twilio (among others). Kevin currently also serves as Head of Legal for BetDEX Labs, which operates the world’s first fully licensed and regulated web3 online betting exchange built on the Solana blockchain.

Paul Stahura is a Co-Founder and Lead Advisory Board member at D3. He is an influential entrepreneur and visionary in the field of domain names and internet infrastructure. As the co-founder and former CEO of eNom and Donuts Inc, Paul revolutionized the domain name industry by leading the expansion of the internet’s domain name system. Under his guidance, Donuts became the world’s largest registry of new generic top-level domains (.org, .au, .business, .email, and many others). Paul holds a Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Shayan Rostam is a Co-Founder & Advisor at D3. He brings over a decade of expertise as a Top Level Domain (TLD) registry operator. Shayan was the Global Director of Registry Operations at .XYZ, creating one of the most successful generic TLDs in the world.

Shayan also served as the Chief Registry Officer for .inc Domains, and was the Chief Growth Officer for Uni Naming & Registry (.click, .link, .property), and has operated and managed more than 40 TLDs to date. Shayan holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
